A CRM that understands a loan file
RainMaker is a CRM built for lending. It knows the difference between a lead, a borrower, a broker, and a referral partner — and it knows what stage the file is in.
RainMaker in detail
Every relationship in one place
Borrowers, brokers, correspondents, and referral partners in a single record model, each with the right fields for their role.
Follow-ups that fire themselves
Automate clarifications, reminders, and status updates against real loan events instead of a calendar guess.
Campaigns that know the pipeline
Segment on loan stage, product, and channel — so a campaign can target brokers who have not submitted in 60 days, not just a static list.
Performance at a glance
Pull-through, cycle time, and channel productivity on one dashboard, sourced from the pipeline rather than typed into it.
Customers for life
Retention triggers on the events that matter — rate movement, maturity dates, and portfolio milestones.
Where your team already works
Notifications route to email, Slack, or Teams so adoption does not depend on anyone remembering to open a tab.
What RainMaker talks to
RainMaker reads from and writes to the systems you already run. Each integration below has its own page describing exactly what moves in each direction.
RainMaker questions
If the answer you need is not here, ask us — we will give you a straight one.
How is this different from Salesforce or HubSpot?
General CRMs model a deal; RainMaker models a loan. Stage, product, channel, conditions, and pull-through are native concepts rather than custom objects you have to build and maintain. If you already run Salesforce or HubSpot, RainMaker can sync to it instead of replacing it.
Can we keep our existing CRM?
Yes. RainMaker syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot, so you can adopt the lending-specific reporting without a migration.
Where RainMaker fits
The rest of the platform
Every module shares one loan record, so adding the next one does not mean another integration project.
