The API-first loan origination system
LendLAB is a modular LOS for residential and commercial lending. Configure the workflow to your credit policy instead of bending your policy to the software.
LendLAB in detail
API-first, not API-eventually
Every action in the system is available over the API. The UI is one consumer of it, not a privileged path around it.
Modular by design
Use the packaged interfaces or render your own. Intake, underwriting, conditions, and closing are independent modules you can adopt one at a time.
Configurable workflows
Stage gates, condition sets, approval chains, and role permissions are configuration. Changing your process does not require a release.
Task automation
Automate the repetitive middle of a file — condition generation, document requests, status notifications, and hand-offs between teams.
Data and document management
One record per loan with a full audit trail. Documents are classified on upload and attached to the condition they satisfy.
Residential and commercial
One platform for both books. Commercial files carry entity structures, rent rolls, and multi-property collateral without a bolt-on.
What LendLAB talks to
LendLAB reads from and writes to the systems you already run. Each integration below has its own page describing exactly what moves in each direction.
LendLAB questions
If the answer you need is not here, ask us — we will give you a straight one.
Does LendLAB replace my current LOS?
It can, but it does not have to. Because every module is independent and API-addressable, most lenders start by putting LendLAB alongside their existing system for one channel or one product, then expand once the workflow is proven.
Can LendLAB handle commercial loans?
Yes. Commercial and residential run on the same platform. Commercial files support borrowing entities, guarantors, rent rolls, and multi-property collateral as first-class objects rather than as notes on a residential file.
How does LendLAB connect to the rest of my stack?
Through the integrations layer. Qualr maintains connections to major loan origination systems, pricing engines, and data providers so LendLAB can read and write to the systems you already run. See the integrations directory.
Where LendLAB fits
The rest of the platform
Every module shares one loan record, so adding the next one does not mean another integration project.
