Documents captured anywhere in the Qualr platform now post directly into a LendingPad loan without a person logging in to upload them. Authentication runs on a scheduled refresh, so condition documents reach the loan file as soon as they arrive rather than at the next time someone remembers.
Document delivery into MeridianLink Mortgage now converts images, text, and spreadsheet formats to PDF automatically while passing structured XML through in its native form. Structured files reach the loan record as data instead of being flattened into a picture of data.
