The application borrowers actually finish
LiteAPP turns a 40-minute form into a few minutes of confirmation. Applications populate from documents the borrower already has, then route straight into your pipeline.
LiteAPP in detail
Populates in minutes
Applications draft themselves from bank statements, income documents, and entity paperwork, so the borrower confirms facts instead of typing them.
Questions answered in-flow
An embedded assistant handles the common questions that would otherwise become a phone call, and escalates the ones that should reach a human.
One application, every product
A single intake covers your full product shelf. The flow adapts to the product without forcing the borrower to restart.
Joined-up by default
Submissions land in LendLAB and RainMaker as structured data, not as a PDF someone has to re-key.
Built mobile-first
Designed for a phone on a job site, not a desktop in an office. Every field, upload, and signature works with one thumb.
Accessible and plain-language
Readable at a glance, keyboard-navigable, and screen-reader tested — which is also what makes it fast for everyone else.
What LiteAPP talks to
LiteAPP reads from and writes to the systems you already run. Each integration below has its own page describing exactly what moves in each direction.
LiteAPP questions
If the answer you need is not here, ask us — we will give you a straight one.
What does LiteAPP do with a bank statement?
It extracts the structured facts a lender needs — account holder, institution, period, deposits, and balances — and uses them to pre-fill the application. The borrower reviews and confirms; nothing is submitted from extraction alone.
Can we brand it as our own?
Yes. LiteAPP renders under your brand and on your domain. Borrowers experience it as your application, not as a third-party form.
Does it work for commercial applications?
Yes. Entity applications collect the borrowing entity, guarantors, and property schedule in the same flow, with the fields adapting to the loan type.
Where LiteAPP fits
The rest of the platform
Every module shares one loan record, so adding the next one does not mean another integration project.
