Seven modules. One data layer.
Adopt one, adopt all seven. Every module is independent, API-addressable, and reads from the same loan record — so nothing has to be re-keyed at a seam.
Or let agents run all of it.
The modules below are the pieces. Qualr AOS is the Automated Origination System that operates them — an agent layer carrying the loan cradle to grave across eight stages, stopping at every gate where a person should decide.
From first tap to funded, on one record.
The seams between these stages are where lending software normally leaks time. Qualr removes the seams rather than optimising each side of them.
- 01
Capture
A visitor becomes a qualified, routed lead in under 90 seconds, then an application that drafts itself from the borrower’s own documents.
LeadGrabLiteAPP - 02
Understand
Every document is classified on arrival, extracted to structured data, and reconciled against the rest of the file — with a citation back to the source page.
DiverBespoke SLMs - 03
Decide
Your credit policy, your stage gates, your approval chains. Pricing runs inside the workflow rather than in a separate portal.
LendLAB - 04
Deliver
The completed file lands in the system of record — MeridianLink, LendingPad, or Encompass — with documents typed correctly.
LendLABDiver - 05
Retain
Relationships and pipeline live in one record, so retention fires on real loan events instead of a date in a spreadsheet.

Platform questions
Do we have to adopt the whole platform?
No. Every module is independent and API-addressable. The most common starting points are LiteAPP for a borrower application, Diver for document automation on an existing pipeline, or LeadGrab for capture — each of which delivers on its own and shares a loan record with the rest when you add it.
What does implementation look like?
Configuration first, integration second, migration last. Because Qualr can run alongside an existing loan origination system, most lenders go live on one channel or one product before touching the system of record, which keeps the risk of the first deployment small.
Is Qualr a loan origination system or a suite of tools?
Both, depending on how you buy it. LendLAB is a full API-first LOS. The other six modules are useful on their own against whatever LOS you run today. The platform is designed so the boundary between "tool" and "system of record" is a decision you make, not one the software makes for you.
