Is a human still in the loop?
Yes, by design. Diver produces reviewable output with a citation back to the source page for every value. It is built to make review fast and auditable, not to remove the reviewer.
What happens when a document is unreadable?
It is flagged rather than guessed. Low-confidence extractions are surfaced for review instead of being written silently into the file.
